Sometimes all it takes is creating the space for transformation to occur and allowing an unbiased presence in your life to truly SEE you and hold you to your highest potential.
In a perfect scenario, we would be our own biggest advocate, supporter, lover, friend. We would show up and love ourselves the way we wish our friends would, our partners would, the world would. We would believe in ourselves whole-heartedly and walk towards what we want with full and unwavering confidence.
But the reality is, we sometimes need to be reminded (and then reminded again) to show up for, and love ourselves. Or that we’re never really stuck. Or that we’re worthy of going after and living in alignment with what we want most. Or that we’re capable of change. And that ultimately we’re really not that far from being the person we want to be.
So what is coaching?

Identify what’s holding you back or standing between you having what you want and feeling how you want to feel

Put down perfection, pick up bravery (in ALL areas of your life)
Release shame, judgement and negative self-talk (change the inner conversation!)
Own and pursue your gifts and desires
Reclaim and choose joy
Create a step-by-step plan to move you gracefully (and sometimes not so gracefully) from where you are now to
where you want to be and pursue the shit out of it (with grace, love & patience :))

Investing in yourself can be scary. You have bills and commitments and families and partners and pets and bills and gym memberships and subscriptions and caffeine addictions and bills. BUT consider this: where we put our time and money is where our priorities lie. So, is the choice to prioritize your bills and your subscriptions and your caffeine addiction really speaking to your honest priorities? Have you been investing in these things for so long that you’re not even fully sure what those honest priorities are?
Life Hack: Making YOURSELF a priority in your life is truly the secret to joy. It’s the key to happiness, fulfillment, confidence, presence and all the other wonderful things you are looking for. Your purpose in this life is simply to show up as the best version of yourself for your loved ones, for the world and FOR YOURSELF.
I’ve invested a lot of time, energy and finances into self growth over the last few years. From studying holistic health and sustainable habit change, to the Transformational Coaching Method and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Tony Robins anyone?!), to trauma informed mindfulness and yoga. I’ve taken art classes, writing workshops, language courses, poured into passion projects, mentorship programs, 1-1 coaching and mountains of self-help books.
And guess what? Today I show up more full, more aligned, more sure, more confident, more driven in purpose, more loving of myself, more creative, more brave and more ME. To be here I had to reach beyond my own personal resources and seek support and knowledge. I had to trust the process. I had to just start. I had to choose myself.

Sometimes we just need unbiased women in our corner. Women to lift us up and reflect back to us our innate (and a deserved) joy for life that we’ve forgotten is accessible to us. Women who remind us to get up every day and love ourselves through time, care, boundaries, positive self talk, routines, and healthy habits.
